Roofing
Laminated architectural shingles clay, slate, concrete tile or shaped metal design simulating concrete tile.
Siding
Stucco, hardiplank (or equivalent) siding, brick or stone or a combination thereof. Earth tone colors with contrasting trim. Double or triple attached or detached garage.
Driveways
Exposed aggregate concrete, stamped concrete or interlocking brick. Build within 5 years. Height restrictions apply on certain lots.
Not Permitted
- V-ribbed sheet metal roofing
- Log homes, mobile or modular homes
- Combustable roofing or siding (for example, cedar shakes or siding)
- Vinyl or aluminum siding
